Catskills Food Hub has a 24-hour return policy on all items. Please inspect all items upon opening up your box of goods to ensure that you are satisfied with the quality of your order! Please email us right away (within the 24 hour policy window) and tell us what you are dissatisfied with or if an item is missing. FYI, we often edit your invoice of out of stock items before you receive your order so check your statement online as well.
All orders submitted must be paid for; refunds are not available if you do not return the product at the point of delivery.
